The Wildflower Walk is a seasonal favourite organized by the Lakeshore Committee, inviting community members to explore Cedar Bay in bloom.
Held in the late spring, this guided walk highlights the diverse wildflowers and plant life found along the Lakeshore trails. Led by knowledgeable volunteers and community partners, participants learn to identify native species while gaining a deeper appreciation for their role in the local ecosystem and their cultural significance.
To round out the experience, participants can enjoy light refreshments—often inspired by the plants themselves—that make the day even more memorable.
